Grace and peace, Church family!

I want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for this past Sunday’s appreciation. I was truly overwhelmed by your kind words, thoughtful gifts, and especially by the vision of creating an office space where I can work. You all caught me completely by surprise and in the best way possible.

As I reflect on what God has been doing in our midst, I am filled with gratitude. I’ve seen the Lord adding to our church, deepening your faith, and drawing many of you closer to Him. It’s a joy and an honor to witness your spiritual growth and to see God’s hand at work in your lives.

I’m so thankful that I get to be part of this journey with you. To pray for you, teach God’s Word, and walk alongside you through both the mountaintops and the valleys. Watching you persevere, apply Scripture to your daily lives, and wrestle honestly with God’s truth encourages me deeply. It shows that your faith is real and alive.

I’ve also been blessed to see God answer prayers I’ve prayed in secret for concerning the church. Through your actions and words God has answered me even when you had no idea what I had asked Him for. That’s how faithful our God is.

And yes, I’m grateful for God’s protection. How He allows me to discern when challenges arise yet shields many of you from unnecessary turmoil. As your shepherd, I don’t mind bearing the weight of criticism or misunderstanding if it means you remain safe from the enemy’s schemes.

Finally, I must thank God for my wife and children. I couldn’t do what I do without their love, patience, and unwavering support. My wife truly is my crown, just as Proverbs 12:4 says: “An excellent wife is the crown of her husband.” Her strength and grace help me walk in peace even during the busiest and most demanding seasons.

Once again, thank you! The road ahead will have both joys and challenges, but together we will keep pressing forward in faith, trusting that God is leading us every step of the way.

I love you all with a love beyond words.

With gratitude and joy,

Pastor Lu
